Staying at Golden Tulip Media Hotel was a delightful experience, with the staff, especially Mr Youssef Reda, providing exceptional care. The hotel's fresh ambiance and lovely decor added to the comfort. The location, though slightly distant from the metro, offered convenience with excellent amenities and a pleasant continental breakfast. The surrounding landmarks like The Palladium and Dubai Knowledge Village contributed to our family bonding, and the relaxation facilities such as the spa, swimming pool, and beauty treatments further enhanced our stay.

the place was super clean, and it's so close to the metro station. we loved the free shuttles to the beach and malls. the staff is amazing – shoutout to Isuru - Aigerim - Xyla - Mr Paul - Mercy - Mary. they really made our stay extra special.

The hotel staff, especially Ghada, Mais, Mariam, and Edward, were super welcoming and professional. The breakfast selection was great, and Edward went out of his way to help with luggage, making us feel truly welcomed. The only downside was being assigned a connecting room without prior notice, resulting in noise leakage from the neighboring room, which disrupted sleep. a fabulous and enjoyable stay! ??

Golden Tulip Media, a 4-star hotel with 5-star service, provided a wonderful experience for my family. The children's area was a haven for my kids, offering a playhouse and a vibrant ball pit. Additionally, the adjacent Mall of the Emirates, with its thrilling ski slopes, added unique charm to our fitness adventures.

My children wanted more outdoor play areas for additional frolic.

The first stay, staff returned my forgotten shower bag. Ideal for my business trip, with Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hr service, gym. Flat-screen TV, kitchen, business center. AC, non-smoking property, wheelchair access, no pets. I always find everything I need here.

My stay at the hotel was made even more enjoyable by the delightful Ristretto coffee served at the coffee shop. It was like a warm hug on a chilly day, starting my mornings on a perfect note.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to most downtown attractions and a short distance from the airport.

The hotel staff, especially Mr. Hany and Melody at the lobby, were incredibly helpful in arranging tours and providing information about the city. The breakfast had a great variety and the restaurant staff, including Yves, Yulis, Milton, and Nithin. The rooms were comfortable, with well-functioning AC, and the hotel offered a free shuttle to the beach. Ahmed, the chef, went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences. I had an amazing time at Golden Tulip Media Hotel.

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen in het oude gedeelte van de stad, wat ideaal is voor een uitstapje naar het buitenland. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, perfect voor een ontspannen verblijf. Helaas was het ontbijt niet helemaal naar wens, omdat er weinig keuze was en er wat organisatorische problemen waren.

Spacious rooms with powerful showers, weighing machines and varied breakfast options suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Friendly staff including Clara who was amazing. Clean atmosphere with nice pool and daily free water. Able to check-in early at 10am and efficient in-house PCR testing available.

The 4-star hotel with 5-star service was a total vibe - from the comfortable bed to the friendly staff. We loved having fast shuttle buses to JBR beach and the adjacent Mall of the Emirates with its ski slopes. The children's area was a laugh too. It was lit!

The only thing we wished for was a better club or nightlife scene for young party-goers like us.
